ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys – A set of standards, established by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors, specify the guidelines for conducting surveys that are used for title insurance purposes.
ALTA/NSPS surveys are boundary surveys created pursuant to a set of minimum standards adopted jointly by ALTA and NSPS.
